Responsive and Friendly 1/25/2016

Dan Viel knows his stuff and addressed all our needs, coming back to fix something that wasn't quite right. Hays as a company was very responsive. Plumbing jobs are expensive but I suspect Hays is very competitive. Look for the senior discount! more

Excellent Service.. 12/21/2015

Dan is very fast, professional and honest. Was upfront about all of the costs and got the job done right away. I had an emergency issue. All our bathrooms got backed up in the evening . I called Dan and explained the problem. He was at my home in 20 mins! He quickly assessed the problem & knew exactly what to do. Within 30 mins the problem was solved . I'll definitely be calling Dan if I have anymore problems and would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber Thanks Dan you saved the day !!!!!! more

Outstanding Service 12/12/2015

Dan V. did a great job of removing an old under sink reverse osmosis system with a new unit. He was on time, did a thorough evaluation of the job and offered a very fair estimate for the work required on the spot. Throughout the replacement process he was extremely neat and efficient. He even detected a small, unrelated leak in the drain system and repaired it just to make sure everything under the sink was "right." Overall, I couldn't be happier with the results -- I'll be sure to call on Dan and Hays Plumbing to perform the annual servicing on the unit next year. Thanks for a great job! more
