Hayfield Dental Care

Have been regular patient at Hayfield over 12 years, no complaints, only praise. Dr. Brown is a gifted practioner of his skills. No complaints on the admin side, they always call to remind me of appoints which I appreciate, and I've never seen a frowny face or heard disparaging words on their side of the reception counter. My teeth and dental hygience are the better for staying with Dr. Brown and his fine crew. more

Took my son here for an emergency. He is the nervous type but the dentist we saw was very kind and patient with him. For the life of me I cant remember his name but I think he was the owner of the practice and there are three or four dentists there. He pulled a baby tooth that would not come out on its own. My son and I were both happy with the visit. It was a busy office but we were seen on time and got out earlier than I expected which was nice. more

Not a great experience. Appointment with one dentist, who apparently couldn't see me so sent in a substitute. After waiting in chair for 20 minutes - not to count 30 min in waiting room - Doctor spent 3 minutes looking at my mouth and told me they didnt have enough time to treat me that day, and I would need to reschedule - soonest appointment 3 weeks. Then staff at front desk did not know of the subsituted doctor, so big confusion with who to reschedule me with, etc. Very crowded, very conjested, and overbooked office. Would not recommend. more

Dr. Brown is my dentist. There are four dentists at this office but I have only seen him. I think he is excellent. I have seen him several times for treatment and I was always satisfied. He is very gentle and is courteous and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a good dentist. I usually see the hygienst Kim. I think there are four of them also but I always see her. I like her alot. I have nothing against the other dentist or hygienists at this office I just have not seen them so I cant comment on them. more

I started seeing Dr. Brown at this office about 10 years ago. I had so many bad experiences when I was younger. I thought I could never see a dentist again but then I found this office. Dr. Brown was so patient and understanding with all my questions the first time I saw him. And that requires alot of patience because I had like 300 questions about my teeth. I never felt rushed or hurried by him. He is very kind. Plus, I am one of those people when I leave the office I think of 20 more questions that I forgot to ask. I called him on the phone when I got home to ask the others and he was fine with it. It turns out I only needed a few small fillings. I was not the train wreck I thought I was! I have been seeing him ever since and he has kept my mouth in great shape. I will never leave this office as long as Dr. Brown is there. more

I have been very happy with my experiences at this office over the last seven years. The staff is very friendly and has been there a long time. It seems like a very happy office and I like the doctors. Plus I always get out of there on time. Important to me because I have kids in tow. more

This dental practice is located in a strip mall. The practice have several dentist and an orthodontist. The service here is friendly and the staff are professional. There are a lot of patients and wait times are noticeable. I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment but at least they have a TV in the wait room. more
