The shop is clean and comfortable and the folks there make you feel welcome. They offered coffee and a donut, and the service was efficient and affordable. more

Great Service & Honest People 3/19/2015

I've taken four different cars to Hayes (Saab, Nissan, Nissan & Mercedes) for service. These folks are honest and have never tried to overcharge me. I saved ~30% over the dealer pricing on my Mercedes, I've had them tell me that my car didn't need fixing, and I've received multiple bills for amounts like $12.00, $25.00, $35.00....you don't see that much these days. Two people from my company have taken several different cars to Hayes also, with similar results. more

Lack of honesty 1/18/2015

I can trust when I bring my car I will get the correct work done...and I will be told if work doesn't need to be done or can wait. My husband's jeep was making a terrible noise. Turns out the 4 wheel drive was not locked in. No need for repairs. What great service! more
