Dr Hayes and her staff were phenominal. They always remained positive and gave moral support when needed. Their office is conveniently located in Parkridge Hospital's office building. When you first visit they will sit down and go over your history and give you their opinion at that point of what it will take to acheive the results you want. They were very honest, yet compassionate in their diagnosis. Their office is a clean and comfortable setting. They were timely in keeping appointments on schedule. They also offered educational classes and support groups.
