My experience on three occasions with this business was they are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, attentive and very helpful. Unlike some other jewelry stores I have visited lately, the people there including the owner seem like they are genuinely interested in helping their customers. They did an excellent job on repairing a couple of rings for us and offered very reputable advice on how it should be done. An excellent inventory with affordable prices for quality merchandise. In my opinion, they are as good as it gets and worth the drive since I don't live in Lexington. more

Friendly employees, beautiful merchandise 11/15/2005

When you walk into Hayes Jewelers, you are immediately greeted and welcomed into their store. This gives a great first impression of what's to come. The merchandise that they carry in the store is beautiful. You automatically want everything in sight! The last time my husband and I went shopping there, we were in the market for a Tag watch. There were tons of choices. The jeweler that was assisting us was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us too much. Prices were competitive with other stores. Being a local family owned business, I'd give my money to them any day over one of the many big box stores out there. more

This icon of jewelery has been a main stay of Lexington for generations. It has a huge selection of any type of jewelery you could imagine. The prices are very affordable. The service is outstanding and someone is always available to help you make a special selection. So if you want to make a small purchase or the purchase of a lifetime i would highly recommend this jewelery store more
