I took my dog here to have him boarded and bathed. When I picked my dog up the cage he was in was too small for him to stand up in and was about 3'+ feet off the ground. The woman was trying to get him to jump out and onto the highly glossed tile floor, which from my experience floors like this generally have him slipping and sliding. He's a bit over weight and about 7 years old, so he's not as limber as he used to be. After I had to pull him out we walked to the car and he seemed a little more distressed than he normally does after being boarded. To make matters worse, he smelled MUCH MUCH worse coming home then he did going in. I'm not kidding. His smell now is disgusting! I don't think I've ever let him get to the point of smelling as bad as he does right now. I am very disappointed that this has been my experience after spending over a hundred dollars thinking my dog would be cared for. In conclusion, I do not recommend this kennel to others and will never use it again; however others may have a much better experience than me.
Pros: Scheduling availability was good.
Cons: Dog came back smelling worse after paying for a bath.
