great location- right off rte 53/90, just around the corner from woodfield mall and one schaumburg place and all the restaurants and businesses on golf rd. walmart and meijer (24 hr grocery store) is about 2 miles away and target, best buy and circuit city are all very close, aswell.\r

affordable, especially for the location,\r

underground garage parking,\r

nice pool and deck but the pool could be larger,\r

units are quiet,\r
\r
nice sized concrete balconies (about 16x6),\r

elevator building,\r

reasonably priced assessments,\r

new carpet and granite counter top when you buy, newer maple cabinets and appliances, aswell.\r

cons:\r
property went into foreclosure, so it's banked owned.\r

the property management company (PSI) leaves much to be desired. they typically aren't very responsive. the home owners can take over in september of '09 and we plan on changing the property management company.\r

outside parking can be an issue. guests need a pass on their rearview mirror or risk being towed. and they *do* tow.\r
\r
there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed and have been ignored when reported.\r
\r
condo conversion, so some units are still rentals.\r
\r
bathrooms need a little updating- the shower tile is a nasty green color from the 70's.
