Worst

Took in my bike for a tune-up. Was told it would be done in 24 hours. A week later, I am raising hell. They were apologizing for ""misunderstandings,"" but nothing more than that....

Horrible service and no follow-up, no phone call, nothing. There is clearly no one in charge that can make a decision quickly. The staff is NOT knowledgeable. Maybe they have so much business they just don't need mine. They may be the biggest bike shop, but they certainly aren't the best. I will shop elsewhere. more

Unpleasant experience 9/26/2011

Took in my bike for a tune-up. Was told it would be done in 24 hours. A week later, I am raising hell. They were apologizing for ""misunderstandings,"" but nothing more than that. No discount, no sincere apology. I wouldn't set foot in there again if they owned the only shop in the world. Experienced rider, so I have seen some great shops and this one is definitely not among them. more

Great Bike Shop! 3/21/2011

My husband and I both bought bikes from Mark and we are thrilled with our purchases. I got a beautiful Orbea Diva and my husband got a Cannondale SuperSix. Everyone in the store was helpful and friendly as well as very knowledgeable. They were able to fit the bikes to us and answer all our questions and concerns. No hassles. They went beyond the call of duty (being in Fayetteville I guess they are trained that way)! We live in Cary and the drive down to this store was well worth it. I highly recommend them. more
