Good place to buy a car 1/3/2012

Been buying cars for years but I was blown away by my experience at Hawkinson Nissan. Steve Shubert was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He really went above and beyond and for that I am eternally grateful. Thank you Steve, I recommend everyone ask for him. You will be glad you did! more

Bought a Malibu at Hawkinson Nissan. Dealt with Steve Shubert, he did a great job! Gave me a great vehicle at a great price, I am very satisfied with the service. Will be back again. more

Terrible 8/9/2010

We went to go look at a used car that they had posted online, and our salesman, Greg was no help. He rolled his eyes when we asked questions, and did not take us seriously. We let them test-drive our car so that they could give us a trade in value. Greg?s boss, Brian, parked our car over the parking barrier, so that when we pulled out to leave, it tore the bumper off of our car. They have refused to admit to this mistake, and will take no responsibility in repairing our car. Brian even said that the owners do not care about our car, and will not pay to have it fixed. With an experience like this, I will never go to this dealer again, and I will certainly never buy a Kia. more

Chicago Nissan customer loves Hawkinson Nissan in Matteson 5/13/2010

I've bought alot of cars in my day, but now, I won't go any where else. The sales people knew the Nissan products and the manager worked out the best deal to get the payment to fit my budget. Being a Chicago Nissan customer, I had to travel to the Matteson Auto Mall. (Take the Ryan to I-57), but the 30 minute drive was worth it. These guys are low pressure and made buying my Maxima easier than the other guys. Pros: Professional Nissan customer service Cons: very busy. Took awhile to do paperwork. not too bad, tho. more
