Hawkins Homes Llc

We went there this morning and the lights on and doors unlocked, signs saying OPEN blinking, flag blowing in wind OPEN and yet go inside and wait NO ONE there. Yell out HELLO NOTHING!! Ok if you are a business and are open WHERE are you??? so we left being was ten mintues to Official open time and went back to them round 1030 and same thing, so it is bad on their part they have no right being open if not gonna be there to help customers so SAD !! and after reading all others reviews I am glad it did not work out because I would not have dealt well at all. All that I can say is that they are the way everyone else has described them. Very poor office personal and service. We will go elsewhere and do the financing ourselves. We certainly can't be any worse off. more

I cannot even give Hawkins Homes ONE star but it would not let me publish without at least one..... I own an appraisal company and completed two appraisals in 2008 for homes that were supposed to be built by Hawkins. BOTH of these deals fell through and Hawkins Homes never gave back their deposits to the people who were ordering the homes. Now, months later, we are STILL trying to get paid for the job that we did. They owe us $1000. for our work, and I can NEVER get a callback from anyone at Hawkins, they just keep taking my number and saying someone will call me and they will ""look into it."" On top of that I have been in contact with the people who ordered the homes in the first place, and they cannot get ANY of their deposit back. All I have heard about Hawkins is how much they lie and how they will take your money!!!!!! I have not ordered anything from them, but I am still trying to get paid for my company's work which was supposed to be paid with the deposits that the customer gave Hawkins....now Hawkins has also told me that one customer never gave a deposit which is a LIE because I have the proof!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!!!!!! more

Hawkins Homes are the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with. We were promised to be in our home by halloween and here it is heading for christmas and now they tell us we wont even have a home for christmas! I would not reccomend my worst enemy to give Hawkins their business. Unless you like waiting for months and being lied to and be made to feel worthless then you should never consider Hawkins Homes as your home builder! more
