Great Service 3/27/2013

I went to get the free hearing screening. I was expecting to get taken advantage of and be forced into getting the more expensive hearing test. I was completely wrong. They were efficient and professional. I could not have been happier with the service. more

Dr. Carol and the staff are always helpful and make themselves available for emergency repairs, wax removal etc even when not convenient for them. They understand how important good, caring service is to the patients and their families. Booking through the internet is easy and effective and doesn't leave you dangling til office hours to make plans. more

I hear good things about Hawkins Hearing Center 10/26/2012

I recently visited Hawkins Hearing Center, one of many visits over the past few years. I was treated like family. Carol is a true professional, and very outgoing. Her services are quick and efficient. I would gladly reccomend Hawkins Hearing Center to anyone needing a hearing test, new hearing aids or repairs. Her Solon Square office is easy to get to, with plenty of parking right outside the door. Best of all - there is no pressure to purchase any service or product you don't need. more

Why I ever waited to get hearing aids!! 5/16/2012

I hesitated going for hearing aids. However, a few moments with Dr. Carol Hawkins was all I needed to know I was in good hands. Extremely professional. Unlike other medical offices, you aren't a number...Carol was extremely patient to be sure that I was satisfied and that my audio adjustment were just correct. more

Carol is is an excellent person with whom to work. She is extremely knowledgable, listens carefullly to a client's needs and provides outstandingly prompt and thorough service. I have been using hearing aidds for more than 20 years and this is by far the best hearing specialist I have ever had. She genuinely cares about doing the best possible job to improve a client's hearing. I give her my highest possible recommendation. more

I highly recommend Hawkins Hearing Center. This was my first experience with hearing aids and Carol zeroed in very quickly on what would work best for me. I was looking for an audiologist with experience and knowledge and she certainly fills the bill. more
