When you deal with them at the showroom, they have good service. However that all changes once you make the purchase. We bought $1300.00 leather couch from them, and paid for the extra 5 year warranty. After two years of owning the couch and taking extremely well care of it by following their instructions, the couch has been deteriorating. Bubbles in the leather, wrinkling, unexplainned tears, etc. The leather is cracking as well. When you call the warranty department,they take over one month to actually send someone over. A guy shows up and SPRAYS PAINT over the cracks, which does not resolve anything. THAT IS ALL THE WARRANTY WILL DO! When you call Haverty's customer service department, they give you the phone number of a "Furniture Doctor" which you have to pay for. \r
The quality of their furniture is below par, it is cheap and over priced. Their warranty is an absolute worhtless waste of your money, so if you do decide to buy there, don't buy the warranty. I would highl
