We received a defective dining room set from Havertys. and contacted Havertys Furniture Corporate Offices There's a buyer's remorse law giving consumers the right to cancel contracts or return goods for any reason or no reason during a given number of days after purchase. If new products are defective or services are not as described, a consumer can return them in almost all situations. We wanted a full refund including their Guardian protection plan they insisted we buy. After contacting our salesperson he told us we had to call their customer service which was horrible. Called their corporate offices and received a full refund although it took over 3 months to resolve and get out refund.
