I purchased a Tempurpedic from Haverty's @ Cedar Hill, the salesman was Alex Evans. Through a mistake in the warehouse (?), I got the wrong base for the bed. I didn't have time to wait for another delivery day during the week and I didn't want to wait until Saturday again. I contacted Alex and to my surprise, Alex showed up at my house with the correct base for the bed within the hour. Is that customer service at its best or what!!! Thank you Alex, I will certainly go back to you for my future furniture and I will send all my family and friends to you as well. more
