We have always had a positive experience with Tim. our mechanic. In the past he finds a need and offers the services to fix it, such as when we went in for an oil change and he offered to clear the discoloration from our headlights. On this visit, we were thankful Tim was there again. We returned because Tim takes a personal interest. He even came to the restaurant by the gas station (because we don't have a cell phone) to encourage us to come and review his findings so that we would be comfortable with the service because he understood our financial cautions. He showed us visually, which validated our confidence in Haven 76. We feel that Haven 76 is our auto repair shop because, although this is a large city, our relationship feels like a small town shop based on trust. He called the next day to see if the leak was resolved and we let him know that his work did resolve the problem. Thank you so much!
