Haven Day Spa

I have given the Haven Spa a few chances but I don't think I will try it again. The first time my massage was the farthest thing from relaxing. There was a lot of noise from the waiting area and the therapist smelled like smoke. But I thought it was maybe a fluke so a tried again. I did receive a really nice manicure and pedicure, but the nail tech must of been having a bad day because she was really rude and came off rather snobby. Her conversation with another employee while she was painting my toes was not very professional and made me really uncomfortable through out my whole pedicure. I felt like I couldn't talk or she might bite my head off the way she was talking about people. I couldn't wait to get out of there. The spa looks nice but some of the employees are not so nice. I did come back to purchase products a few weeks later and ended up walking about with nothing because the receptionist was not sure what it was I needed and everyone was busy. I came here after have a terrible experience at another local salon, and the service here has been nothing but great! I appreciate my stylist, who had gone from trying to get my three different color mess of a dye job from another local stylist to a single color... to now giving me a great base color and highlights. whether its my hair, skin, or nails, i am constantly getting compliments, and at the end of the day i have rizzieri haven to thank! more

I have been to Haven several times and have always had a and relaxing experience. Its one of my favorite places to get a quick massage. I feel well rested when I leave the spa and have to go back to the real world. Everyone is very friendly. more

I have been there several times and have always had a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing experience. I have had facials, manicures and massages and all are truly luxurious. The staff is friendly and not uptight so you feel welcome and ease right away which can be a problem at other spas.My only complaint is that the staff does "push product" when you pay your bill. If I want to purchase the products used during my service, I will ask. more

One of the best spa experiences. I've been to every Toppers Spas & hated all of them. Katie is awesome at massages. The only negative thing is its a little too noisy when getting a massage near the pedicure room. Other than that its very relaxing & they serve drinks & pastries. more

I got my gfriend a Rizzieri giftcard for Christmas last year. Her typical haircuts are normally between $60-$75, this one with tip was $105. A bit pricey I think but they did do a fantastic job. If you have a special event that you are getting fancied up for then I would recommend Rizzieri's for your hair and nails. PROS: service, location, menu CONS: pricey more

As you enter Haven, the waterfall and comfortable lighting begin to relax you. Friendly employees who have been professionally trained provide exceptional services. They know about the latest technology and methods about beauty and relaxation through continued training. The spa is very clean and they only use high end products. I have gotten manicure, pedicures, eye/lip waxes, and bikini waxes. The prices are fair to a bit expensive, but you go to be pampered. Besides, you are getting the best esthiticians and they are giving you quality services using quality products. more
