Hauserman Rental Group

Very satisfied with our recent Tahoe rental through the Hauserman group. When we called in late November to book our winter vacation the man on the phone (can't remember his name) was very matter-of-fact, helpful and not sales-y. He greatly understated the view of Lake Tahoe from our rental home. After arriving late in the evening, we woke up the first morning to an amazing view, best I've seen. Good surprises like that make for very happy renters. more

We've rented condos from the Hauserman Rental Group for the last 4 years during the winter time. All the condos were very nice & clean, fully stocked, with all the necessities. Staff was very polite, professional and easy to deal with. Last year I lost one of the keys to the condo so we went back to the office and explained to them what happened. I was ready to pay a hefty fee. They were very nice about it & made a new key right there on the spot with no charge. I was ready to fork out $20 for a new one & they looked at me like I was out of my mind! They said don't worry about it. I was kinda shocked. When we checked out I gave them a 12 pack of Coke because I felt bad about the whole key thing. Anyways I've been very happy with this place & will probably keep renting from them in the future. Keep up the good work guys! See you next winter! more

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable two story home in Kings Beach! A very warm and cozy feeling throughout the house and all the amenities needed for a long stay. We came as a family of four (2 young children) and have also returned with as many as 8/9 and felt right at home with enough space for all. Our children love doing art, crafts and puzzles at the game table and taking warm baths after a day of playing, skiing/snowboarding, hiking, sledding, building snowmen and/ or having snowball fights. You can even relax at the end of the night with a movie on their new Blu Ray DVD player. This home is walking distance from the playground, water, cute shops and various restaurants located in King's Beach (The Log Cabin has always been one of my husband's favorites)! It is just a short car ride away to the various ski resorts, sledding/ice skating, shops and restaurants ( Tahoe City and Truckee are always a fun spot to see). Whether you come for the snow or the sun, You are always surrounded by gorgeous views of Lake Tahoe and endless activities to meet everyone's interest. We always travel with our children,... But this home is great for all ages! We love coming here and will definitely return to this wonderful home and will ( and have) recommend it to our family and friends! more

We had a wonderful stay at Tahoma Retreat. It’s a wonderful family friendly home. The kids enjoyed the beautiful grass yard. The deck was perfect for having bbq dinners. The house was well-stocked and beautifully furnished. We’re looking forward to coming back next summer! more
