I have known Dr. Ku since 2006, and she has been our primary veterinarian since 2010. I have had excellent experiences at Hatton Vet, and I have NOT experienced anything negative or dirty. They have large exam rooms, their waiting room is separated for dogs and cats, their staff and techs are extremely knowledgeable, and they are in general awesome. My other vets have been Dr. Wardany (a traveling veterinarian, you have to be your own vet tech with him, but it's worth it) and Mueller (top notch, expensive, but usually very good for emergencies) I haven't been back to Mueller since 2010, not since one of the ER duty docs told me my puppy was not socialized enough and that there was nothing wrong with his ear.---Gloria Ku neutered my puppy 2 months later, fixed his hernia, and pulled a dangerous and rotting foxtail weed out of his ear while he was sedated, the same ear that I had taken him to Mueller for and was told I was essentially a crazy hypochondriac dog owner/(that'll be $200 for the er.visit.thanks). I don't think that particular vet is still at Mueller, but it cemented my decision to stick with Hatton for all my regular care. \r

Hatton Vet is also the back up vet for Mueller. In any case, great shop, great vets, great staff, and yes, it's pricey sometimes, but they will do their best to assist your needs. For example, I get options priced out instead of the ""all or nothing"" guilt approach I've gotten at Mueller before (they have fancy equipment at Mueller which always costs more.) The other thing I like is that while they are a small clinic and usually stock all in one meds, they special ordered advantage and heart guard for me because I prefer it for my dog.
