I am a patient of Dr. Lisa Greene , who is an excellent , knowledgeable caring provider. I am also a new patient of the dental clinic. I have to admit I have experienced a few times at the clinic poor customer service, and am big on outstanding customer service ! in which I received today Sept 25th, 2913 by Ms. Andrea B. in the dental clinic. She was professional, knowledgeable and didn't give me the run around. I'm hoping that her professional attitude will rub off on the others. We all are growing in life and hopefully we all can make a difference in our community and not judge a place on one person attitude, stay optimistic that things will get better. \r more

I have to agree with the other reviews. My son sees Dr. Wright, who is a very good doctor...she is caring and complasionate of my sons special needs..HOWEVER, the staff are generally in bad moods, not helpful and not professional...they should be glad they have a job!! \r I have to wait for hours to be seen...even if i booked the first appointment i end up waiting 2 hours in the waiting room and another 1/2 hour in the exam room. That is ridiculous! If you ever need any forms faxed to a school, you are better off picking them up because the last time they said they were faxing something over they didn't...and i didn't find out for a month that the school never received the fax. more

i also have Dr Peng. my child never sees her. i may as well consider the urgent care as my child doctor' s office. anytime I make a ""sick"" visit for my child, i can wait 6 weeks for peng or go over to urgent care. She is a great doctor but availability is GARBAGE. ------------- franklin more

I have been going to family Christian health center for some time now. In my experience the only suite that is okay is the pediatric depending on who is working there. I am ashamed that this clinic would even reserve the right to call itself Christian with the unkind demons that are employed there. They take forever to answer the phone, they are rude and disconnected, they don't smile, they continually talk to each other, they make you feel belittled because you have public aid insurance......it's bad. The service is okay, i can say its sort of speedy....but the today care is RIDICULOUS..i would rather go to the emergency room! there could be a whole lotof people waiting and the doctor is standing the conversing with the nurses! then they only see you for two seconds, im like wat was the hold up?!! the service is bad. the dentists act disgusted to look in ur mouth....i am switching my dental service to aunt martha's because of that exact reason....its bad......trust me when i say, find another clinic!!!! I've been taking my children here for the past ten years. I do like the doctor that I take them to; if Dr. Peng relocated I would follow her, but I have found another doctor because I can no longer deal with this ""Christian"" health center. First of all, there is nothing Christian about it. There are a few employees there that are kind to me and I do like but the majority of them are rude and condescending. Not to mention they do not treat white people with respect. I am one of the few white people that come in there. I have no problem with that, it's been that way since the beginning, but I am definitely treated differently because of it. The receptionists don't acknowledge me. The dental office is terrible. The receptionist was laughing and smiling with the person in front of me, and when it was my turn she had a cold look on her face and didn't say one word and just walked back to the dentist! Then after making me wait ten minutes while she chit chatted with that first patient, she came back and told me that we would not be seen because I was fifteen minutes late. I told her that we had just drove 30 minutes to get there in a thunderstorm and we were five minutes late, not fifteen. She got an attitude with me and said she didn't make me wait that long and refused to see us. Every time I try to make an appointment because my kids are sick they tell me I have to take them to the walk in clinic where I always end up waiting hours. Who ever heard of a doctor's office that doesn't see sick patients? Why would I bring my kids to the doctor if they weren't sick? We never even see their pediatrician any more. And if you make an appointment you can never get in before six weeks. I talked to someone that was supposed to be in charge about the dental incident and he assured me something would be done and he would get back to me. That was a year ago and I have never heard anything. Save yourself the headache and find a different doctor! Cons: the phones are always turned off. You cannot make an appointment if you are sick. You are treated with disrespect if you are late or if you miss an apppointment. more
