As I mentioned to you when the work was being done, the members of your staff who installed the new equipment could not have been more pleasant to deal with, especially Mark Amerson. He kept us informed as to the progress of the work accomplished each day, but, most importantly, always maintained a neat work site and had everything completely cleaned up and tidily stored when they stopped work for the day.
