I was in and out timely and as promised.

Worst

I don't appreciate being told I have to have my oil changes done at Hyundai to keep my warranty on my vehicle. Rotation of tires usually free at businesses.

I was treated very well 3/14/2015

The service adviser was very nice. He was upfront and said he was very short handed and that it would take awhile to get oil change done. But to my surprise, it was actually done about 30 min sooner. The cashier was also very nice and handled the paperwork efficiently. more

Oil Change 2/19/2015

The thing I have appreciated most is the fact that since I live in Pratt (80 miles West of Wichita) you have always worked me in. This time I was coming from a conference in Manhattan and needed to go through Wichita. I called just to see if you could get me in and you did. Saved me making a special trip to Wichita. Price of rotating the tires could be cheaper. Or free with a new car for at least a year would be great. They do say they sell tires and get free tire rotation for life of tires. Well, I did buy new tires, when I bought the car. more

Every time I have had maintenance or service done at Schofield Hyundai, they have been pleasant and professional...and having fresh-ground Starbucks coffee in the waiting area is a plus :-) more

Love this dealership service department. 1/23/2015

First class all throughout. It's worthwhile to have routine work done here. Scheduled a routine oil change for my used Hyundai and they found a recall item that was recommended. Courteous, informative, convenient! Also, they work with the customer on preventative maintenance with a soft sell prioritization approach for those of us on fixed incomes. more

Always the Best! 1/15/2015

I'm on my third Hyundai, and I wouldn't consider taking any of them anywhere except to Schofield Hyundai's Service Department, not even for an oil change. My car(s) will always be handled expertly and with care, and I know they'll take good care of me no matter what I need. Mark and the crew at Hyundai West are the best in town! more

It was Great 1/2/2015

When arrived it was very busy and the service manager said that it would be an hour and a half. We were strapped for time, so he said that he would see it it could be done quicker. It was ready in just over an hour and since it was too cold for a car wash he vacuumed it out instead. Great service experience. more
