On my first visit the service was outstanding. They explained my dental plan and the cost and scheduled my next appointment very quickly.Would highly recommend to everyone.

As I newcomer to the area, I came to Dr. Hatcher's office after extensive online research of dental practices in Greensboro and High Point; his practice had the best reviews. Fortunately, they all turned out to be true. On my initial visit, the staff gathered background dental information and digital X-rays - the process was quick and painless. Afterwards, Dr. Hatcher examined my information and made some very perceptive suggestions regarding my smile, and I plan on following through with his advice. My subsequent cleaning appointment was a dream. In summary, I feel that I made the best possible choice in dental practices. The appointments were perfectly prompt, the entire staff remembered my name after the first visit, and I received excellent care for my teeth - a perfect combination! more

I have always been very happy with my experience at Dr. Hatcher's. I am seen promptly, I schedule well in advance of my cleanings and can always get a convenient appointment time. When I did unfortunately need a filling, I had no issues with the procedure and the filling has been fine ever since. more

I came to Dr. Hatcher's office by recommendation from a friend. I was welcomed with warm smiles. After one visit, each staff member remembered me, talked to me about my job, and new where I went to school. The staff does a great job of communicating what are the best preventative measures, when to expect discomfort, and the best way to procede in the future. As long as I am in Greensboro, I will be coming to their office! more

Like most people I don't look forward to dental procedures but the staff here really makes you feel like you're being cared for by family. There are a lot of little touches they do to make you more comfortable and when its time to deal with the details and costs of procedures they make sure you understand what needs to be done any why. If there are options they explain the pros and cons of each. I hope I don't need a lot of dental work in the future, but if I do Drs. Hatcher and Grubb and their great team will definitely do it. more

I tried really hard to convince Dr. Hatcher to just talk and forget about the root canal!! Of course, he wanted to get the roof canal done and it was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Hatcher has relaxed since I first met him and I really am happy that he joined the practice!! Hooray for a great experience that I was dreading. more
