Mitra Binkley graduated from Tehran University of Economic Sciences with an Associate's Degree of Business and Managerial Economics. She came to The Hatcher Agency in 2021. She has 35 years of experience with Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield and Health Advantage. She has a unique perspective that allows her to anticipate the needs of customers and know the actions required to get them the best results.
