I moved to Hatboro about 2 years ago and was looking for a new Dentist. Dr Bob seems to be a nice guy but his office manager completely negates any good this office may have done. I called ahead of time to make sure my insurance would cover some bonding. The receptionist said they would look up my insurance and call me back. I did get a call back and then had the work done after I was told my insurance would cover it. Shortly after the work I got a bill where my insurance did not cover it. The office manager then called me a liar and said SHE was the only one to give out insurance information like this and never said it would be covered. Then a couple weeks later we agreed I would get x-rays to see the teeth that were fixed and the x-rays would show that the work should have been covered by insurance. She makes me an appointment for 2pm on a Saturday. I found out they are not open past 12:30pm on any Saturday when I showed up at 2pm and they were closed. When I called her back she told me I missed my appointment on Friday. This was all after I told her I could not come in during the week because I work in Delaware. She once again called me a liar and said she never made me an appointment on Saturday for 2pm and me working in Delaware was irrelevant. This woman Deb, is by far the worst office manager I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Dr. Bob may do great work but according to his office manager, it doesnt matter if patients do their own due diligence, it only matters what she feels like telling you that day. I recommend you find an office with competent office staff.
