its a slum 11/8/2010

Good: nothing!!!!!!!!!!!. Bad: the people that own this establishment are clueless or cunning.. hard to tell. the whole property is ran down, and a mud hole when it rains. need something fixed? too bad. they will tell you they will be right over to do it. but never show up.. Improvements: close the business!. Other: they offer apts. and rental trailers that are filthy and falling apart. beware of giving them a credit card # for a deposit! watch your bank account closely. more

Very poor place to stay 8/31/2009

Unkept! The roads were mud when it rained, full of potholes, the grass is over grown.,The hottub was broken for months, probably still is and the pool was always dirty and never seem to have the proper chemicals in it and over ran with kids all the time. WIFI never worked. Over priced, poor Management that just wants money. If you had a problem the managements attitude was if you don't like it, leave. They overcharged for electric, and would double bill credit cards after you left. Stay at your own risk! more
