Excellent Facility and Staff 5/7/2009

We've been taking our dog to Haslett Animal Hospital for several years now and just last week we found out our dog had cancer. Dr. Kevin Harris was very sympathic and did everything he could to make us feel comfortable. We decided to put our dog to sleep and did so 2 days ago. When we arrived, all the staff was very personable, courteous and sympathic. Our dog defecated in the car on the way there and when I asked the woman there for a paper towel, she offered to clean it up for us because she knew what we were coming in for. I think that was beyond the call of duty. Pros: courteous and professional staff more

I took my animals h ere for a while now, and they are warm and considerate. There new facilities are wonderful, and they do a good job about keeping schedule. more

Wonderful Vet 11/18/2005

I have been taking my animals here for years. I have been very pleased with the caring nature of the staff and how they help familys in times of loss. They take the time to explain problems and are willing to work with owners on diet, obedience training, and grooming. I really love the fact that they have expanded their clinic and can now easily accomidate more pets. more

Very good with our dog, a little pricey 11/18/2005

Our dog was neutered at the Haslett Animal Hospital. The staff and docs are VERY professional, and the place is always SUPER clean. It is very impressive. The only downfall has been the price. We have since added another dog to our family and our current vet (across town, as we moved from teh East side to the West side) charged $20 less for the surgery. more

Great Vet 11/2/2005

We took our cats here for years and they have always done a great job taking care of the animals. They have recently made an upgrade too, and are a lot larger, being able to accomodate more animals. I love this place. Great family-oriented doctors. They are family oriented and care about the whole family, not just the animal. When our animal died, they even gave us a kitten that didnt have a home because my sister was so torn up about it. What a great place! more
