the traverse was a huge upgrade and i was serviced all the way by a kind and experienced salesman, tony. one of the best salesman i have ever dealt with and the best experience, i always felt as if i was being well looked after and i was pleasanetly surprised at the attitudes on display that weren't pushy or the stereotypical car salesman. the test drive sold me, when usually due to the pushy nature of the salesman, that is where they normally lose me. more

the traverse was a huge upgrade and i was serviced all the way by a kind and experienced salesman, tony. one of the best salesman i have ever dealt with and the best experience, i always felt as if i was being well looked after and i was pleasanetly surprised at the attitudes on display that weren't pushy or the stereotypical car salesman. the test drive sold me, when usually due to the pushy nature of the salesman, that is where they normally lose me. more

Tony is the MAN!!!! I recently went and spoke with Tony about a used car. After owning approx. 15 vehicles i am used to the "car salesman" experience. Not here though. There was no pushy salesman, no hurry to jump in a ride and test drive, and no trying to change a buyers mind into buying something they don't want. I was looking for a specific vehicle, and they did not have one in stock. but they did everything in their power to get me into something very similar and at the same price range i was looking for. Thank you so much for your time and patience. i will definitely recommend you to anyone!!! keep up the great work TONY!!! more

Ask for Tony 3/6/2011

I want to say that Haselwood Chevrolet has pleased me twice now. I worked with Tony Raffaelli again who had pleased me so much the first time, I had to go back to him again for a trade in; Plus we got to meet Chris who was an awesome person that helped me besides Tony. Lets say that these guys really do their homework. They explained everything to me down to the point of where my money was going. I am one who really needs to know where my money goes on whats being spent, and they did that plus helped me out with service packages to insure a better running car. I really love the car I got, and I did not think with my income I was capable of pulling it off. Tony helped me make it happen along with the Haselwood team. They really take care of you. more

All I got to say is Tony Raffaelli, "YOU ROCK." The knowledge and service you gave was top notch in my books. He not only help me get into a great car, but he worked with me on my budget. Let me say, "I feel lucky and grand, to have a suitable car for my family without no worries of breakdowns and stressed out high payments I can't afford." The help from Tony was outstanding, he gave me something I did'nt think I could get? A newer car through a dealership. If I can have something approved and finance maybe viewers reading this can too. Ask for Tony and he will see you get all the help you need, even if you don't think you can get anything, try to give him a call and he will help you the best he can. more

Tony Raffaelli went above and beyond! We didn't have a lot to spend and he found us the perfect car! The deal we got on the car was insanely good! he made sure we were in the car or our dreams (and then some), without going out of our price range. We were still $500 UNDER what we were aiming to spend, on a car initially out of our price range, and we came out with a car infinitely better than we ever could have imagined! he made sure we were happy because he actually cared, not because he wanted to make money! He even offered me his jacket when we were standing out in the freezing cold! He was honest and upfront with us about everything. when I had to take the car back for to get something fixed he told me if I needed a ride anywhere in the mean time to give him a call and he would be there. Name me a dealership or car dealer who would do that! I would give him 10 out of 5 stars if I could! We will never buy a car from anyone else! more

The sales and service people at Haselwood in Bremerton are class acts. The negotiation to purchase my new vehicles was painless with no pressure.
