The more time between now and when I took in my cats, the angrier I become over how they handled them. First off, there is a friendly cat in the lobby. That's not a good idea. The cat came over to my cats and scared them. What if a dog came in that doesn't like cats? Someone that worked there started shaking around a charity container full of coins like he owned the place--maybe he did, as the girls at the counter said nothing to him.\r

I had to pay for a new patient wellness exam, but got no such exam. They didn't know how to handle my more-frightened-than-usual cat (due to the noise and strange cat in the lobby) and made matters worse than they had to be. The Dr. was entirely uninterested in my cats and was just there to give shots and leave. He was not friendly, and we didn't like him at all.\r
