His team , knowledgeable and courteous, have installed ceiling fans, out door motion sensing lights, flush mounted floor receptacles, electrical outlets, chandeliers, light dimmer switches, and porch lighting plus additional electrical projects. I have been using Harte Electric for many years. I met James Harte after many months waiting for another electrician who would promise to show up over and over again, but never did. At that time we were undergoing a major renovation of the exterior of our home including a new pool installation. James was called in by our General Contractor to get the pool electric done and inspected. After that time we called Harte electric for everything both small and large jobs. In fact, there was one time when I was out of town and another contractor had accidentally pulled the main line from the house with a backhoe. I telephoned Harte Electric and James was able to help me out. I don't know what I would have done without their know-how and their caring. What could have been a major disaster was taken care of when I was out of town! Just recently I had two ac units not working. My first thought was that I might have something wrong with my power since I had just (3 days before) had my ac units maintenance service performed. I telephoned Harte Electric and they were at my house within 4 hours...........only to find out that it was not the power. That kind of service is quite hard to come by. When you have an emergency, they always seem to come through. more

I assisted my elderly mother who was in need of a good electrician in her time of need with a power surge and lightning strike at her home. He was wonderful. I then called him to do electrical work at my home. He is professional and gets to the job immediately. I would recommend him to anyone I know who is in need of electrical work. more

My initial contact and immediate response from the company was great. They came to my resisdence as schedule for the estimate and made contact prior to coming to esnure my availability. The day of the service the Serviceman arrived on time and was very courteous, friendly and professional. This was well recieved and we will highly recommend there services to others and used them again in the future. Harte Electric initially did some electrical work on our swimming pool about 6 years ago. They did a good job and, from then on, we continued to use their service. They are an independent firm and we like the way that they do business: They always arrive on time, when they tell us they will be there, and do what we ask them to do. They have installed outdoor flood lights for us and, when we recently put an addition on the house, they did all of the electrical for that. I found Harte Electric on the Internet and, when I called them, I found out that I actually work with the wife of someone who works there. I had them put in an outlet in the floor, replace a florescent light, and install a dimmer switch for one of my lights. Everything turned out wonderfully. They were prompt, worked straight through, and talked to me about what they were doing, explaining everything so that I knew what they did and why. I liked their work and would definitely recommend them. more
