CONSUMER BEWARE...I had my central A/C serviced and on the second day after they recharged my system it failed and stopped cooling. I spoke with Tom a manager to set-up the visit and we had agreed that the tech would check for leaks and if not found he stated that if I needed to recharge the following year they would not do it and I agreed and understood their policy if a leak went undetected, so they sent Dave the tech and all was well on that day but the following day it failed. I called them and spoke with Dave the tech and asked him if he had found the leak since nothing was stated on the receipt about the leak. He stated that he only charged it (half hour for $100 + 120 R22) and did not look for any leaks so I asked to speak with Tom and he was out that day so I left my contact information so he could call me back and assist in resolving this matter and I never received a call from him or anyone from HW. Untrustworthy and deceitful business people. Will never call them again or
