Dr. Harry Humphreys Orthodontics provides straightening of teeth for children and adults with outstanding results. Most treatments are accomplished without tooth removal and without use of headgear. During the initial examination, we'll show you before & after photographs of cases similar to yours in order to help visualize the true potential of your smile. Dr. Humphreys firmly believes that with today's advancement of technology in orthodontics, treatment can be performed without pain or discomfort to patients. This has been, and always will be, a guiding principle in his practice.Dr. Harry Humphreys is an orthodontist with forty-three years experience in private practice. He earned his dental degree, as well as his masters degree in orthodontics from St. Louis University. He became a diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontics in 1975. He practiced in Northern California for twenty-seven years, Southern California for five years, and later moved to Rockford, Illinois, where he has practiced for more than ten years. While living in the Bay Area, he also taught graduate orthodontics at University of the Pacific in San Francisco for thirteen years. Dr. Humphreys is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Winnebago County Dental Society, American Association of Orthodontists, Midwestern Society of Orthodontists, and Illinois Society of Orthodontists. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and has fellowship in the International College of Dentists.
