My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Harrison's for right at 18 months. This practice has exceptional customer service in everyway. She never has to wait longer than 5-8 minutes. They try very hard to work around your schedule for follow up appointments. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, you can tell they love their jobs. Usually happy employees, make happy patients and it is evident in Dr. Harrisons' office! We recommend them to everyone we know. more

I was very nervous going in for my first orthodontic visit especially being an adult, but I had no reason to be. Everyone there is very kind and non judgemental. They are there to help people and they enjoy their jobs. It really shows. The atmosphere is very friendly. I believe they are equally comforting for adults or children. Scheduled an appointment for our 7-year-old whose pediatric dentist was recommending pulling multiple baby teeth over the course of 2 or so years. The hope was to avoid overcrowding. We wanted a second opinion from an Orthodontist and Dr. Harrison came highly recommended. Scheduled the initial consultation with his office and we got a link online to forms that were automatically submitted to his office when complete. At our appt, the forms were there so all we had to do was wait a few minutes to be seen. Super easy!!! Then, they took our child back for x-rays (without us) and brought us in for the consultation. Everything was explained to our child so they could understand the process and future treatment options. No tears, no fears, lots of communicating on all sides. We won't need orthodontic treatment until age 11 or 12, but we'll be back to Dr. Harrison when that time comes. :) more

From the first phone call all the way through the appointment for consultation for recommended treatment the staff was polite, patient, and extrememly helpful. They made sure our needs were met and that they were there to served our needs in a personal way. Everything was explained and my daughter was made to feel beautiful before she left even though she hates her smile as is. The doctor made sure that she knew that he could help her, but that she has a nice smile and great teeth even before her treatment. I will definately be using him for her orthodondic work. more
