Harris Exteriors & More installs our second set of windows. 1/21/2014

Last year (2012), Harris replaced 3 windows in the living room of our 16 yr old house, a center picture window and 2 side double hung windows. After hassling with 2 other companies because of the Dryvit exterior, Harris took on the project and performed it perfectly. We were very satisfied. This year (2013) we needed 3 more windows replaced; in all cases this year and last, the dual pane windows had lost their seals plus were letting cold drafts in. The latest job Harris did was for our English style basement and consisted of 3 two-window sliders. In all cases, we selected Marvin windows to replace the failing Hurd windows and are extremely pleased, both with the look, the finish, and the performance that has stopped the winter draft. For 2015, we plan to continue the next phase for more of our 32-window house. more

Very happy with Harris. 1/20/2014

I was referred to Harris Exteriors by our home owners' association on-site manager. My house suffered wind damage at the roof line. Some of the gutter as well as siding was loose and hanging. The location of the damage was very difficult to reach due to very steep ground below. Harris was very quick to come out to assess the damage, give me an estimate, and repair the damage. I was very pleased and would definitely call Harris again. more

Workmen were okay, but overall service needs improvement. 1/19/2014

Slow to schedule the job, and poor follow up with accounting. They couldn't get the numbers right and even with repeated efforts on my part they were slow to respond and work things out. The workmen seemed professional and the work looked good and work area was left clean. Over time though, the entry door is only okay...a gap on the bottom lets in lots of cold air. The installation of the storm door left gaps at the top. So, two good quality doors but poorly fitted. I will not use this company again. more

Harris did a great jib on our newly installed windows. 1/17/2014

We had Harris come out to install Anderson windows to our house and both the interior and exterior job was done to perfection. They also cleaned up after themselves to where I did not have to do a thing once the job was completed. Would hire them again if any other siding, roofing or interior work was needed. I am very happy with my new roof and windows. They listened to what I wanted and recommended the best options. The materials and workmanship were excellent. Everything was written out clearly and finished very quickly, with no surprises. Nice people. more

Just Okay 1/16/2014

They do decent work, but communication with customers is pretty poor. Their workers don't really "work" for them. They hire outside and really don't have any idea what is going on with a job. more

They were great from beginning to end 1/16/2014

The sales person Mike was prompt, knew his products and answered all of my questions.He followed up quickly and had the most fair price. When they came to install a 12' sliding door again they came on time, were polite,very neat and did a wonderful job. The door took the amount of time to order that they told me it would. The office people and accounting department were also great. All in all I would say I have no complaints. A+++! more

Replace doors 1/15/2014

Replaced front double doors and back door as well as the screen doors for both. Work was alright, except that John told me he needed a replacement part, then decided to be a bully to my friend who was house sitting while i was at work, demanding that he pay for the part (eventhough it was only $50) he was quite rude over the phone with me and to my friend. I believe he's no longer working there, so hopefully their other workers aren't as rude. more
