I am writting this letter on behalf of my brother who has been denied his seizure medication for the past couple of weeks. I know that if it were a family member of your's you'd want them to have their medication. The second reason is last week when my mother who is a heart transplant patient went to visit my brother they made them sit outside in the HEAT. What did she do wrong other than loving her only son. That caused her body to over heat and well a seizure. Not that the guards cared. Tomorrow 15 June 08 our 100 year old terminally ill lung cancer Grandmother will make her final trip to see her grandson. I pray that she isn't treated as they did my mother. I have no problem once the visit is over calling, mailing, and whatever else I'd have to do if they mistreat my 100 year old grandma for wanting to have her final good bye to her grandson EW. She is scared for one but I hope I pray she is respected for her age and as a lady. I'd have to say I know he is in prison for a crime he commited. But why are you punishing the visiting families. If you don't want visitors then just post it. Oh yeah we pay taxes that are spent for the facility to run. Go figure. Just a note it is hot ensure that all 3 fans in a dorm are working. Not that you care. Yes I am scarcastic but treat the family wrong this is what you get. I will be there to visit my brother soon and hoping by the time I get to Texas he will have had his medicine and not another seizure and found on the rest room floor passed out. I know there are rules and certain humane treatment that humans have that you also provide to animals. Damn shame you unit has a negative reputation. But I guess that is why we can write the powers that be. God Bless and please I pray that Granny has a nice final visit with her grandson. MS TX in GA
