I had a furnace repairman from Harrah Plumbing and Heating come to my house in 2003. The repairman spent 2 hours trying to diagnose my problem. It was clear that he didn't have a clue. He spent most of the time on his cell phone. I later received a bill for $120. When I called to complain, I was told that I did not have to pay. Now, 3 years later, I received a second bill. Mind you, I have not heard from them in 3 years. Of course this bill comes with a threat, if I don't pay, they will send it to their lawyer. After 3 years they have no record of my conversation with them. They also insist that this was one of their best repairmen. I wonder what their rest are like?
Pros: None that I can see.
Cons: Serviceman was inexperienced.
