Bait and Switch! 10/12/2011

I phoned and told the person answering the phone what my issue was re: framing repair needs in detail. She told me it was $15.00 for an estimate. When I got there, it turned out to be $35.00 for an estimate. And the $15.00 for an estimate was something else - some other minor inspection. I noted the prices on the board and I did not see anything saying $15.00 for an estimate. I detest people that lie - they are cowards. The service was also indifferent, unmannerly and slow. I walked out and did not use there ""service"". more

Nasty Customer Service 9/2/2011

The receptionist is a top notch WITCH...My husband dropped my car off for repairs and was informed that we could pay over the phone so we could pick up the car after hours..When I called to pay over the phone the WITCH refused to allow me to pay for my OWN car which is registered in my name..She was very unprofessional, rude and down right being a B#%&H...When my husband called back she told him that she didn't know who I was ..Hello!! I told her on the phone...Further, I would like to add that their prices are absolutely ridiculous... more

STAY AWAY 4/13/2011

BE ADVISED - these people will rip you off if you're not careful. A close family member took his vehicle in for an alignment. They put it on the rack, told him that they couldn't do the work and then charged him $70! HUH??? These guys are supposed to be the best in the business yet they couldn't do an alignment on his vehicle? Give me a break! Couldn't or wouldn't?? And they refused to refund his money when he complained. These guys used to have a great rep back in the day but obviously something has changed. My advice: STAY AWAY if you can possibly avoid going here. Take your business elsewhere. more
