***Absolutely horrible customer service! Placed an order and an hour and a half later they report to grubhub they were out of chicken and had to cancel my order.. I was notified an hour and half later, so I call the restaurant to complain and the owner hangs up on me. This is the worst restaurant, stay away*** more

I order from here regularly and today was absolutely awful!!!!! After waiting for nearly 2 hours for my order, being told that the reason for the delay was because Harolds Chicken ran out of chicken at the noon hour (serious??) only to receive hard crusty pigeon wings - think I will be taking a long break!!! more

the best fried chicken i ever had. i really like the the harolds on milwaukee, they have the best catfish. i eat there twice a week. cat/wing combo is my favorite Pros: great food Cons: no substitutions more
