Keeping It Simple 4/24/2014

One of the great things about Harold's is you can trust that they will only do what's really required rather than trying to "up-sell" you on a more expensive solution. Turns out all I needed was to have the transfer case and rear axle fluids drained and replaced. more

treated me fairly I called him to tow me in as my car would not start. Within a few his driver was there, as I waited mr.dana said I think its your battery . replaced battery and next day I was in my car. Not cheap but the work is great! and to me that's what counts!!!! more

Preventative Maintenance 11/9/2013

What makes Harold's special is knowing I can take the car in for an oil change and ask them to check the brakes for pulsing and they will a) tell me the brakes are fine; b) tell me they only need to have the rotors turned; or c) tell me I need new pads and rotors. I never have to worry they will automatically jump to a full brake job. more
