Be careful! This is not a business to trust. The front desk manager will lie and say whatever he needs to say in order to cover for his first lie. Work was overpriced and poorly done. more

Very highly recommended! I had a car accident several years and they rebuilt the entire front-end of my car, $7,000 worth of damage. It has run without any problems (NONE) since then. They are highly recommended in the community, and also gave me a tip on how to replace my glass windshield inexpensively when a rock cracked it. Fantastic, reputable, quality service. more

Highly recommended! 12/9/2010

I've lived in Southeast Boise for many years, but haven't had the need for a body shop until recently. My situation involved minor repairs and my intent was to get my vehicle back into shape PRONTO. The first place that came to mind was ""Harold's"" on Boise Avenue, mostly because I oftentimes passed by and noticed they were consistently busy...surely this was a good sign. O.K., well, allow me to make a long story SHORT: I found out their ingredients for success, first-hand-- Accommodating, thorough, honest, reasonably-priced, hard-working...the list goes on. Thanks, Jim and Mike. I will be back! more

Great body shop 10/17/2009

I dealt with Jim, who was an honest and friendly man. I have a hard time dealing with mechanics/body shops because they always seem to have an agenda. Jim didnt over price or push anything. It was a pleasure doing business with Harolds Auto Body. I would highly recommend it. Pros: Straight forward and honest, Great work more

Mike was great to work with. He knows how picky I am about my car. I expected the best and I recieved it. Why go anywhere else. Pros: Best car body repair Cons: I can't think of one more

Honest auto shop 11/22/2008

my daugter at boise state had a problem with her power window on her Honda. We live 7 hours away so I looked on citysearch for someone with a good review and I liked the one I saw for Harolds.Some shops have a tendancy to overbill or oversell especially to woman so I was concerned.I am very happy with the great service and the honest value we got at Harolds.. ""thanks guys"" Pros: found someone I can trust more

Great customer service & integrity, outstanding work. 10/18/2006

The only place I'll take any vehicle for body work (or recommend to others). Pros: Service, Attitude, Quailty Cons: Unless you live on the east side of Boise, they may be a little off the beaten path more
