Someone recently told me that "people cannot fake sincerity because it shows" through when you do. I am here to tell you that Old Glory Harley Davidson is TRULY sincere when it comes to caring about its customers. \r \r In 2010, I was deployed to Iraq - and without getting into the complexities of communication connectivity there; I contacted several H-D dealerships in my area to get some information on various bikes. I needed questions answered that would assist me in making a decision on which bike I'd like to purchase - that would fit me and my riding style. \r \r Initially, I contacted three H-D dealers closer to Waldorf, MD than Old Glory. After waiting 20-25 days for a response, I sent another email to Old Glory H-D. That day, I was contacted by the Alison (who does not work in sales). \r \r Alison was on her day off and opted to send me an email anyway, just to let me know she received the email and to let me know that she would get some information for me as soon as she returned to h more

Bottom line. They are always on time with the service. Parts i want are always in stock for things i do for myself. If i could,,id buy a new HD from them 2 or 3 times a year. Thanks alot guys for the always good experience. more

I have never had a bad experience at Old Glory. When I need service they go out of their way to fit me in as soon as possibel. They stayed open after hours when my rear wheel bearings went and waited for me to bring my bike in for repairs.\r \r I bought my 2008 Super Glide there and the salesman (Steve Corbett) was excellent. more

We purchased our first bike from OG in 2007. We were treated very well and when we decided to get a second bike in 2009 there was no question where we would go to buy. We always feel welcome at Old Glory whether we are just stopping by to shoot the breeze or there to make purchase :0) more

Old Glory is great. Staff is friendly and remembers you by name when you come in the door. Good selection of parts and accessories. If they don't have it, the will find it for you. more

This is one of the worst dealerships I have ever been in. Yeah they are clean, and I would say 25% of their staff are polite, but part of their sales team and the managment staff are horrendous. They try and make you feel like they are doing you a favor in selling you a bike. Not looking to make it a nice process whatsoever, and nothing like a Harley dealer should be. more

Old Glory Harley Davidson is my favorite Harley dealer. The staff are more then friendly and helpful. The dealership is always clean and they always have the parts we want or need.
