The technician from Harlen Johnson Heating & Ac was on time, courteous, covered his feet, and was familiar with my equipment. He has serviced my A/C and heater several times. I am glad to see him again. He has saved me some money which I need. I am an 84 yr old widow. more

Jason was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and most of all solved the problem. He explained the problem as well as let me know that the wiser decision for me would have been to replace the furnace instead of "putting" money into the old one. I totally appreciate that, but unfortunately I do not have the funds available to purchase a new furnace right now. I will definitely recommend Harlen Johnson to anyone needing heating and/or air conditioning services. more

The repairman went right to work and found the problem. He fixed it right away. The air conditioner started cooling right away. I would recommend Harlen Johnson to anyone. I will use them for all my heating or air problems. more
