Harding Cleaners & Laundry

I had been coming to this cleaners for more than 8 years...now in the last few years since it went from Cadillac Cleaners to Harding Cleaners the quality in service and and the helpfulness of the staff has decreased. i took some jeans in and the burned my jeans on the inner leggs. i took them back in to them and just because the jeans are naturally distressed the owner basically accused me of taking them somewhere else and saying they didnt do them...and that that was the way they were suppose to be. Please do not take your items there. I got no compensation for my ruined jeans!!!!! more

This place was recommended to me by a close friend and my mother so my hopes were high. I took a $90 cream pair of Ann Taylor Loft lined slacks and a $80 tan dress from Nordstrom; designed by Suzi Chin Nafgy Boutique....neither article had a stain. But with light colored clothing, you can only wear once then the clean look is gone , and it needs to be laundered. I picked up my articles after they were services to find neon orange stains splattered on them. I was mortified! I maturely discussed it with staff and owner to be told they were not liable and nothing in their machinery can stain orange only brown or black... Also that they are invthe cleaning business, not the dirtying business. I have an attorney working on a letter advising them to settle or it will go to court... more
