Hardcore Performance is teeming with incompetent employees and an inexperienced owner. They should not have opened this business- this is obvious by the complete lack of knowledge and sense of urgency. This is a personal hobby for the owner of Hardcore Performance- he gets to play Tonka trucks while his customers foot the bill. I recently had a family member that had work done at this shop and it was almost an entire year before his truck was returned. Even more, the truck is missing parts and was poorly put together. The staff could only make excuses for why it was not done correctly and tried to ""pass the buck"" to everyone other than themselves. I would not recommend this company to anyone other than the Better Business Bureau; however, I am sure they will soon be out of business and bankrupt which will provide consumer protection from the Hardcore Performance con-artists.
