Avoid Hard Rock Landscaping of Phoenixville 6/7/2010

Terrible installation and an even worse customer service experience. Hired to install a paver patio and sitting walls. Walls are leaning and have gaps between then,. Paver edges are miscut and misaligned. Work is sloppy and of poor quality and shows little regard for pride of workmanship. Hard Rock Landscaping and Rob McLoud and have continued to ignore our requests to have this job corrected since Day 1! Now we have contacted them through Service Magic and the Better Business Bureau, and yet they have still yet to contact us about the concerns. They expect me to contact them???
