My expierence with Harbor Furniture Outlet was very enjoyable and helpful...they are a full furniture store (don't let the name fool you) with a wide variety of options whether it be for the Shore look or year round, you can custom order to your liking...Again, Don't let the "OUTLET" fool you...The girls were very helpful and not overbearing, the last thing you want is some constant in your face. No surprises on pricing....It was offered up front as requested. The savings were never easier...Just ASK...Remember you get what you pay for and they were competitve with other "Furniture" stores in the area....they are not a used furniture store and I will be a repeat customer...service as well as choice does matter. more

No Hassle! 9/22/2012

When you read the ad in the shoppe, it says no hassle sales staff, and this couldn't be more true! I was surprised that the sales people didn't greet me right away when I came in, but they were more than happy to answer my questions when I approached them and spent an hour or so looking through catalogs until we found exactly what -I- wanted. I'd say the staff there is more than helpful! The prices didn't seem high at all for this area; I went to three different furniture places in the county, and Harbor Furniture had about the same price points as the other stores. It's a shame they're getting bad reviews, because my experience was excellent! :) more

I went to Harbor Furniture during the week, no one else was there except for the sales women, she stayed in the office area for at least 20 minutes before coming out and asking if I had any questions. I mentioned that 95% of the furniture did not have any price tags on them, she said what do you want to know? I asked her the price of a sofa and she blurted out a price off the top of her head, the price was EXTREMELLY HIGH! I told her I was at Harbor Furniture during the summer and again no prices were on the majority of the furniture. I left the store telling her I could not be bothered asking her what the price was on every piece I might be interesed in. I also was not comfortable with her coming up with a price off the top of her head. If I could give them minus stars for customer service I would. Can't see how they stay in business with this I Don't Care Mentality. more

Harbor had exactly what I was looking for and at good prices 4/22/2009

I went there expecting the prices to be high since there aren't many places that sell the "seashore theme" furniture. I was quite happy with the selection and prices. Since I bought a few things at one time, I received a 10% discount which was great. AND, they delivered free the same day.I was very be happier; the service was great and I keep going back looking for new items. more

A bit pricey 11/29/2005

I stopped in here to price out some wicker furniture and was generally surprised at the high prices sicne they bill themsleves as an "outlet." I was expecting to find dirt cheap prices, especially given its location on the outskirts of North Wildwood. Sadly, that wasn't the case. Also when I walked in, I was the only customer in the place and not one of the sales reps bothered to get up to ask if they could be of assistance. When I finally interrupted two of them who were chatting with one another, I was told they didn't have what Iwas looking for but they could order ti for me. No thanks! more

Nice furniture 10/7/2005

Harbor furniture has nice furniture. Most of it is seashore themed, so it may be a little hard to find something you are looking for. But, they do have a very nice selection. Their prices are reasonable and they have free delivery and removal of your old furniture which is great! They will also delivery your new furniture the same day if they have it in stock, which is also a good thing. PROS: Nice store. CONS: more

The furniture store is still in the Nichols family being run by, Bill Nichols.
