Zero star. Terrible customer service. I ask the sale person to check if there was any more of a specific type of tool because the one out on the floor is opened. He told me that what they have is out on the self. I asked if he can check the other store because i didnt want to buy an opened item in case its broken. He snapped at me and told me to buy the extended warranty since I'll be saving more money than if I had bought it at a different store and that its a "no brainer". I responded back saying its a "no brainer" if I bought it not knowing its condition. I thanked him for no service. He got mad and yelled at me to leave the store. I asked him his name, he said his name was Roland and he said he's the operations manager. If this is the kind of service you want then go ahead. But I for one am not and everyone I know will not. This kind of disservice and insult does not deserve any business from anyone. more

I'm sure that you know how men are with their tools; that includes my husband, of course! This store is a distance away from us, but it is a nice trip for my husband to go and browse and shop. He says that there is not a tool store around that has more to pick from and better prices! He usually shops there two or three times a month, and almost always comes home with a bag of goodies! Harbor Freight Tools is easy to find on Central Avenue, on the west side of the street. If you guys have never been to this store, I highly recommend that you try this "fun" store, at least once.
