I just want to thank everyone at Harbor Brake for their attention to detail and the customer service that I received (along with my car). It's great when you get a deal online and then show up only to realize that the place goes above and beyond. My 1995 Toyota Camry I believe have found it's car maintenance/repair home. more

The technician was great. Spent a long time going over my car and answering all my questions. The estimate was fairly high and I've been to several mechanics since that say I don't really need all that was recommended done. The kicker was when the front office person charged me $40 for five lugnuts. I got my tires changed the following day at a shop down the street and asked to buy a couple of extra lugs for spares. $1.25 each. more

Great service 10/24/2013

I very much appreciated the fast and efficient service. I was in a hurry to go to work but needed my brakes fixing badly. Harbor Brake service were very gracious and even put two people on my car so I could be at work on time. I highly recommend them. The price was reasonable and my brakes are fixed! more

Service 9/14/2013

Harbor Brake's service was great. They informed me of the problems promptly and went beyond the normal auto repair shop. They made sure the repair was done that day even though they had to stay longer than their posted hours. Taking me back to my house and picking me up when the repair was completed was great. more

I brought my 2007 Nissan Altima in to Harbor Brake for service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Dave and Evan both quickly figured out the problem when my car wouldn't start. they are so pleasant and treated me fairly. All in all a really great experience!!! more
