Reliable, Honest and Fair. Much more than just brakes. 3/27/2014

I was referred to Harbor Brake from a friend that could not say enough nice things about them. He was right. I literally towed in a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was not running after sitting for more than 5 years. They could have told me it needed all kinds of repairs, but they didn’t. They gave me frequent status updates and I felt like they treated my project as if they were working on a family member’s car that just needed to get back on the road. They did not recommend any unnecessary repairs while still keeping budget and safety in mind. I have found my families new mechanic for all of our vehicles. They were upfront and honest about what my options were and I found them to be very professional. I don’t write reviews, but I will tell everyone about how great Harbor Brake is. Detailed, thorough...and caring 3/27/2014

After my second visit to HarborBrake I have decided that I will remain a long-term customer despite the fact that I live 15 minutes away! Each visit I have been greeted warmly; serviced immediately (or at least given a timeframe when I would be serviced); given an honest and detailed breakdown of all services being performed and/or required; and then watched the technician complete a thorough job. In addition, on both of my visits I learned several new things about my car and it's servicing needs, through the hands-on informal "lesson" from the technician. I have yet to have an unanswered question or--to my knowledge--any information withheld from me! Awesome awesome awesome experience! Thank you more

great job ,great service 2/23/2014

Took the day off to get the job done,due to the lift on the vehichle,the deffective brake hose needed to be custom made.It took a little longer than expected,but the shop went above and beyond to get it done before close time.Scensethey would be closed on Saturday,and I could not wait 'til Monday,tey made every effort to have it done for me on Friday,they stayed a little after closeing to accomidate me as a customer.I will need to have my back brakes done in a few Monthes,and I plan on returning to them for that job and future brake jobs on other vehicles,except for the Harley. more

Evan shows you the difference between a quality part and a part that has no quality. I'd rather pay for quality honesty and integrity rather that crap parts sold by a hustler. ..that's the difference between many brake service places and Harbor Brake.. more
