All about the money!!! 7/7/2011

I've been going to the animal hospital for over 15 years now, my son, who is currently in the army, sent home his patrol dog from Afghanistan. Well everything was just great as long as they thought they were going to have him as a constant customer. Come in and bring his records so that we can make copies. Now since he is going to his duty station in Germany, I get a call that they can not see the dog to give him a health certificate so that my son can take him back to Germany with him. Their reply was that it would be better if I went to the original vet who saw him, that's great except he's in Pakistan. Oh well sorry, it's too much time and record taking for him to just leave. Well you know what, that means the other two dogs and cat that they see will no longer be going there since it is such an hardship for them to do their job. Wouldn't want to put them out. Not the first time we have had issues regarding there services, but it will be the last! more

Dogs for days... 3/12/2009

I had been a customer and my dogs had been patients at this hospital until I moved. They were always able to see my animals when needed and they had very good prices! The people adore all the animals and are knowledgeable! Highly recommended for those on the lookout for a good vet. more

Trying to rog me for all my money 11/10/2008

This animal hospital is very much out for money. Today I took my healthy three year old dog in for her annual shots and heartworm test. While I was there, I was also told I needed a stool specimen check, a vaccine for lyme disease, a vaccine for Leptiosis, Frontline Plus to "prevent" fleas, and a kennel cough vaccination. I was never so digusted in my life. I resisted their money making pleas and got just what I came for, and that alone came to $200. Never again! I suggest using Lakes Animal Clinic in Antioch for a fair deal. more

Never again 8/2/2007

I took my pet to the Harbor Animal Hospital for a yearly check up. They took my pet in another room to take blood for blood tests. After that, my pet never acted the same. Less than 2 months later, my pet was dead. Be careful if you take your pet there. more

They love to take care of my exotic cats 9/10/2005

I have two exotic cats, and for their care sometimes can be a bit expensive. But my cats are taken care of in the best possible way , it makes me feel like I just walked into a friends house. They are always ready to answer questions ,help me with my cats (because they just dont really like getting their shots), and take their time when time allows them. more
