After 3 hours of "it's on the way" we cancelled the order.
I was dumbfounded at how bad the communication was between grubhub and happy's pizza. After the first call was made and it was already an hour late we were told "it's on the way". Which was funny considering I called back another hour later and was told "the order never got through" and that "it would be another 45 minutes". I was credited with some grubhub bucks however so I will give this another try soon and I'll report with another review.
